Allie is our full-time instructor and teaches both professional trainings and community classes. Allie has a background in art and education, holds a VT educators license, and taught sewing at the high school level in the area before working at Fourbital Factory. Allie sews clothing, quilts, and is now learning to knit.

Junior Technical Designer at Fourbital Factory

Jenna teaches evening community classes at Continuing ThrED. Jenna went to school for fashion design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and continues to pursue her design career as a technical designer/pattern drafter. Jenna enjoys draping and pattern drafting a variety of different types of garments with a particular interest in corsetry. Jenna loves to thrift shop, upcycle, paint, and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.

Herrie teaches evening and weekend community classes at Continuing ThrED. Herrie studied tailoring at the London College of Fashion, started a ready to wear clothing brand "Herrie" (@herrieclothing @crumbfactorycollective) in 2020, and has taught private sewing lessons. She loves hand sewing of any kind and has made hundreds of buttonholes by hand. Herrie also enjoys visiting post industrial rust belt towns, cool evening walks, cold plunges, and practicing the drums.

Alicia teaches evening and weekend community classes at Continuing ThrED. She completed her Fundamentals of Industrial Sewing and Production (FISAP) certificate of apprenticeship from Vermont Tech and has a background in design, marketing, and creative management. Alicia loves to sew and upcycle, and spends much of her time outside taking advantage of Vermont’s seasonal fun, including snow sports and gardening. She is always looking for fun new places to explore!
